Image Analyzer is a Google Sheets add-on that uses AI to analyze images directly within your spreadsheets. You can ask questions about images, extract information, identify objects, read text, and much more using advanced AI models like GPT-4 Vision, Gemini Pro Vision, and Claude 3.

1. Open Google Sheets
2. Go to Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons
3. Search for "Image Analyzer"
4. Click "Install" and follow the authorization prompts
5. Once installed, you'll see "Image Analyzer" in your Extensions menu

1. Install the add-on
2. Open the sidebar by going to Extensions → Image Analyzer → Open Image Analyzer
3. Authenticate with your Google account
4. Start analyzing images using the =ANALYZEIMG() function or the sidebar interface

There are two ways to analyze images:

Method 1: Custom Function

=ANALYZEIMG(A1, "What do you see in this image?")
=ANALYZEIMG("https://example.com/image.jpg", "Count the people in this photo")

Method 2: Sidebar Interface

1. Open the Image Analyzer sidebar
2. Select or paste an image URL
3. Enter your question or prompt
4. Choose your AI model
5. Click "Analyze"

• Text extraction: "What text is visible in this image?"
• Counting: "How many cars are in this parking lot?"

• Technical details: "What's the architectural style of this building?"

• Starter Plan: 100 API calls per month (Free)
• Pro Plan: 1,000 API calls per month
• Business Plan: 10,000 API calls per month
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited API calls

Each time you analyze an image (whether through the custom function or sidebar), it counts as one API call. This includes:

• Using =ANALYZEIMG() function
• Analyzing images through the sidebar
• Re-analyzing the same image with different questions

2. Click on your current plan or "Upgrade"
3. Choose your desired plan
4. Complete the payment process through Stripe
5. Your new limits will be active immediately

• Make sure you've granted all necessary permissions when prompted

Analysis speed depends on:

• AI provider server load
• Image complexity and size
• Your internet connection

Typical analysis takes 5-30 seconds.

Currently, images must be accessible via public URLs. To analyze Drive images:

1. Make the image publicly viewable
2. Get the direct image URL
3. Use that URL in your analysis

Common errors and solutions:

• "Usage limit exceeded": Upgrade your plan or wait for monthly reset
• "Invalid image URL": Ensure the URL is publicly accessible and points directly to an image
• "Authentication failed": Re-authenticate through the sidebar
• "Service unavailable": Try again in a few minutes

Yes, we use industry-standard security measures:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Google OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication
• Images are processed but not stored permanently
• Usage data is encrypted and stored securely

No, images are processed temporarily and not permanently stored on our servers. They're only sent to AI providers for analysis and then discarded.
